Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Paint and Chemicals Industries (Pachin) has approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 1.25 per share for fiscal year 2021/2022.
The cash dividends will be paid in two phases, with the first to be paid at a value of 75 piasters per share in January 2022 and the second worth 50 piasters per share to be distributed in March 2022, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in fiscal year 2020/2021, Pachin achieved consolidated net profits after tax worth EGP 52.75 million.
